Benefits: The nylon expander is used for the mounting of wheels with a bolt hole fitting directly into round or square tubes. The expander consists of an Allen screw, two conical elements of metal and a nylon expander part. These are put into a bore or a round tube. When tightening the bolt (Allen screw), the two conical parts pull towards each other, resulting in the nylon part to expand against the inside of the tube and thus putting itself clamp. The nylon expander is mostly applied for wheels with a capacity up to 100 KG. The nylon expanders are avialable for round and square tubes.
