Flanged wheels with a specific bearing type

In our product range you can already find a broad range of flanged wheels with a plain bearing, roller bearing or a precision ball-bearing. But if you need a flanged wheel with a keyway, we can create a custom solution according to your requirements.

Any type of load capacity

You can easily filter and find our product range based on load capacity. Our standard flanged wheels are able to carry loads of up to 5.000kg. Off course, we can also create any type of wheel with a higher maximum load capacity. When you are handling heavy loads, we always advise to use cast iron flanged wheels. These wheels are mostly used as rail wheels for transportation on indoor tracks. Rail wheels permit a high load capacity with low rolling resistance. Besides, you don’t have to worry about damaging the floor. Applications include production lines, foundry cooling lines, mobile cranes, trolleys, autoclave tooling and use in amusement parks.

But we can also make single flanged wheels or double flanged wheels from polyamide for application in transportation or agriculture. In general, these flanged wheels have a better rolling resistance then double or single flanged cast iron wheels.
